Poor juniper

When we had dairy cows, there were more junipers on this rock, but when the heifers came to graze here, most of them suffered too much and just this one is still standing.

I walked by when I went to check the fence in the back of the paddock before the cattle comes back here. I had already dismantled the fence between two paddocks, so they'll have a large area to roam for their last days out this year.

In the afternoon I drove dad to hospital for a checkup. Camera club board meeting in the evening.

It rained six millimetres at night.
