Rusty!

I didn't know what this was and there are many of them on Harrington shore.  You can see there is a straight line of them leading to the water's edge.  There is another one nearby that gives a clue.  I think these shapes held rail lines in place, but unsure why  they are here.  A bit of a mystery.
