Swanset

Belhaven Bay this evening. It was very, very cold but the wind died today so the conditions had reduced from "certain death" to "hurry up and get indoors you eejit."

Definitely not a day to stand in the river waiting for the swans to flap their wings.

Lots of talking-for-a-living again today, and in the evening a colleague who has given it all up to tour the world for a couple of years got in touch on Facebook from the Amazon jungle. Great to hear from him and quite surreal to think where he is, in a bus with fellow adventurers travelling anti-clockwose round the entire continent. 33 degrees C there, about zero here!
