What's Le boeuf?

John, Rose and I find ourselves in snowy Shropshire. This is John examining a French picture of a cow to keep Rose entertained in a restaurant. We're in Ludlow aka Foodie town. V quiet though, guess it is Tuesday.

Weird discovery of the day. Percy Thrower of Blue Peter fame must be from round here. There's a very well sign posted garden centre named after him.

The hotel is nice. Think we're the only ones here. Country house Edwardian. The guest book claims the staff are hostile towards children. Can't wait til breakfast then!
