Escapism

I had bad feelings about the day from the beginning. Short staffed and half my team were newly qualified. Plus an additional theatre was then added on. It could have all gone wrong but by mid afternoon it calmed down and whilst I did raise my issues with the team leader my main reason to speak to her was to tell her how awesome the team had been.

This evening has been rather more pleasant, helping C sew a skirt for her friends birthday.

I just had a few minutes to look at the photos in the centre of Leeds. The empty beach out on Harris looked very appealing!
