A Day in the Office

My first full day in the office since returning to work last year.  The refurbishment of the offices has been ongoing for more than a year, with more and more areas being returned to use as time goes by.  I was the only person in at 7:30 am and even at the most busy, we only had about 10 people in this part of the office.  It's now all hot design, though the team do try to work in the same area so we can discuss matters of interest.  It is one of the negatives of home working, not having those informal chats that share little nuggets of information.

I also bumped in to my regular walking partner, who currently works for the NHS, operating a mobile testing unit that was set up in the council offices car park.  Really pleased about that as we've now arranged a walk for tomorrow.
