Hail / snow

It has been a bit tiring today - first a project debrief meeting then moderating an early evening focus group. You don't get a second off for a breather in either of those situations - all eyes on you.

Was a bit worried that the hail / snow would get in the way of my focus group, but luckily it didn't hang around.
