Track across the dune

Went for an early walk as the surf was ordinary today. I took this photo looking south towards my beach track (700m) away. A “track” along the dune is being formed at this new beach access point (to the new beachfront development). Ran into an old neighbour who sold his house a couple of years ago for $1.2 million and is very disappointed at his timing as it just sold again during this Covid property boom for $2M. Prices have become outrageously unsustainable .
