Friends with Tulips

Annick and Thierry came to dinner tonight, and we started with champagne (Marylee is holding her glass out of sight to the right). I decided absolutely to include the yellow-rimmed red tulips brought us last Friday by Susan and and David visiting from England--they've lasted wonderfully.

Thierry played Anne Frank's father in the performance of the "Diary of Anne Frank" which we attended on 17 February (the link has more). He is the brother of our friend Didier from Rennes.
