Flowers from a friend

Another grey warm day but the sun came out mid-afternoon:)

Woke up feeling a lot better, headache gone:)  Phoned my friend and she was pleased with the news she had at the hospital yesterday.  She also bought these lovely flowers as a thank you, had to be blip, they are gorgeous.  Another friend came for coffee and cheese scone and we talked most of the morning!  Did some jobs, had lunch then went to K's and out for a long walk around the seawall, calling in at the boatyard for a cup of tea with some of his friends (16,000 steps).
