Absent friends

A surprisingly small group at our regular virtual get-together. Apparently life in auld reekie has begun to feel normal enough for some of our number to go back to meeting in the boozer. This was always going to happen eventually and I can’t really say I blame them. In fact, because of the time difference, we’ll shortly be heading off to the boozer ourselves. It seems we’re going to continue meeting virtually once a month, which those of us in distant locales certainly appreciate. Looking forward to early November.
