Playing hookey.....

for all the right reasons. Today was one of those perfect fall days and I decided the right thing to do was stay home. I put my chair out in the chicken enclosure and had coffee and communed with my birds. To be honest it was a "professional" day and I didn't leave the kids high and dry. But there really wasn't much on the agenda so I felt okay about it :-)
