Tri-Tip

Beef tri-tip, California brown rice, salad, and Calvados rind washed Grain d'Orge. Wine: Hewitt Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2001.

Everything about this meal was fantastic. I usually grill tri-tip, but I need to get more propane. It came out very well in the air fryer.
