Yummy yummy

Shabu shabu. My friend Charles spent time in Japan and made me a wonderful traditional meal called Shabu Shabu. Absolutely delicious! A huge broth boiling, dipping and cooking your beef, adding mushrooms and vegetables...until you have this gorgeous soup in the end!
