Much Needed

The recent work stress has caught up with me I think, my nose is liking a running tap.

Headed to the Elan Valley this morning to have a walk with my friends Anne, Richard and their dog Xen.  It was much needed for me, to forget about work and destress.  We walked 7 miles around one of the reservoirs it was fantastic.  At half way we stopped at a pub for refreshments, which again was much needed as I was starving.  Not had a walk as long as that for ages.

Hoping for peace and quiet tonight.
