I had a walk around the Headland this afternoon and although I didn't expect this to be my best photo, that's how it's turned out.

We stocked up at the Farmers' Market on all the things we keep meaning to give up and then went for lunch at one of the Marina restaurants, thinking that we should really support local businesses and traders, so I really needed the exercise afterwards.
