2477. It’s that time of year again…..

It’s soup making time again as we stop having a nice salad in the evenings and switch to soup instead.

Tonight’s effort was lentil and bacon soup and we’ll have enough to last a week. We always like to make it and then rest it over night before sampling it as it always tastes better the next day!

A busy day today with lots going on, lunch with the family and then plans for next week, including another trip to the cinema to see the new Bond film with my youngest, maybe Dune later in the week and then hopefully a trip to Edinburgh the week after next to see the Ray Harryhausen exhibition at the National Gallery.
