Current Saturdays 7.30am Why on earth have I joined this group?
Current Saturdays 9.30am I LOVE this group!!

Managed to dust a not so massive 13 seconds off last week’s park run time and to be honest that was solely down to J and E cheering me up the hill at the end like I was running an actual marathon which made me up my speed despite being absolutely done in! Feels good to be back.
