Evening walk

So I’ve now been off medication for 3 days and I’m moving as normally as I did before I hurt myself, which is good news for both me and Darren.
We encountered some cows tonight, I wish they wouldn’t be so obsessed with coming to see me, Darren would much prefer they stayed away from us :-)
