Across the Loch

A great day walking with friends.
  The destination was Linlithgow this month.  We travelled by train, then walked out along the canal and back through the woods and beside the Avon.  The final part of the walk was around the Loch which gives beautiful views of The Palace and St Michael's Church-so just over 8 miles in all.
 I was very pleased to see Great Crested Grebes and their young-see extra.
