???Mystery warbler

One of the many " confusing fall warblers" and one of the few passing through this year. It's a lousy shot but by the time I got the camera out ( since I was busily putting daffodil , iris and tulip bulbs in) it was in the middle of the apple tree . That was after it missed a moth it spotted on the small buddleia  chased it across the yard into the large buddleia and then sat there pouting for 5 min because it missed it. I think it found more bugs in the apple. I think ... it is a BLackburnian warbler , but if I am wrong and you know what it is please let me know!
