No offence

It's not only the fence that is derelict, so too is the house and yard. Which is a great shame. This is on the edge of Lennox Head village, 200 metres to cafes, restaurants and shops, and the same distance in the other direction to the beach. It's a simple 50 year old beach house, now surrounded by up-market apartments. The owner has probably decided that, although derelict, the land is appreciating in value so quickly that it might as well be left derelict for another few years before selling.
