Spring Willows….

It was dark when Maisie and I set out for our walk early this morning. I wore a head torch to start with but by the time we were nearing the end of our trek the early sun was shining and lighting up the willows beside the river pool. Here Maisie had a short dip before checking out interesting smells. Later in the morning I visited friends Sue and Peter. They have a lovely garden. It’s such a pleasure to check out the spring growth in the plants and shrubs.
