Lunch by the water

Today i didn't have anything i needed to do, except go into town, have lunch by the water and go see the doctor about my right shoulder!    I sat in the dr's office for over an hour and started getting a bit irritated....they don't usually take that long - i asked the secretary (and i admit i had a bit of an attitude!) why the long wait....she just said they were running a bit behind!   Then it turns out my appointment was for 3.45 pm not 3.15!!!!   Silly billy eh!  so i apologised to the lovely secretary!    I'm getting a steroid shot in tuesday!
