Basil Cull

M picked some of the last surviving basil leaves - he now has a big bag of them in the freezer.  Am gradually clearing the last of the summer veggies from the polytunnel, still a couple of courgettes and cucumbers hanging on, and I'm waiting for the right time to pick the last hubbard squash.  Got a few spinach, chard, radish, lettuce and other winter salad seedlings coming through.  No idea if they will thrive, it's all an experiment.
