Pen Y Fan

But only from a distance. The planned walk was postponed today even though we had perfect conditions, because LooseCanon has a slightly delicate tummy!
So we drove down the road which goes past several reservoirs. First Tal Y Bont where we stopped for a coffee and to take some photos. After that we came to the Barn tea room which was lovely and we had an excellent sandwich for lunch. The next two reservoirs are Pentwyn separated by a dam from Ponsticill. We stood on the dam and the photo is taken looking north to Pentwyn reservoir where some colourfully attired would be paddle boarders were receiving instruction. In the distance again, is Pen Y Fan.
