Lunch outside

What a wonderful treat. Family lunch in my daughter’s garden. Daughter and son in law have this wonderful way of making a party out of any occasion. We could have just as easily have eaten inside but, if the sun’s shining, why not be outside and make the most of the glorious weather. Roddy makes this delicious Lebanese lamb that goes on the barbecue. We had all been served when we noticed Laika was dragging something away between her teeth. She had decided that she also would like a bit of lamb. It was so funny. No one could catch her and she certainly wasn’t going to give up her prize. She was eventually cornered and had to hand over her bounty. Such a lovely afternoon.
