A Sunday afternoon with some blue sky meant that if I took the car out it was likely that I’d join others driving around looking for a parking space.

It seemed sensible to have another walk from home. A two miler, first heading towards Rydal then uphill by Scandale Beck and back down to Ambleside.  I had some earlier photos of cattle under a tree but preferred this sheep one with the view to Fairfield and autumn  colours.
