Bunnies

Bit of a random photo today but I thought the colours were pretty. It's a pile of felt bunnies for messy church on Friday. They will be used to make egg cosies with!
Miss Pink has been at home all day today having a recovery day after her sicky bug. We've watched a LOT of Barbie princess films, and played playmobil, barbies, and sneaked a go on Master Pink's DS (ssshhh)!
When master pink came home the two of them started arguing. Nothing unusual there, but I'd had enough of the bickering so decided that they needed to sort it themselves. And they did!!! My babies are growing up! From there on they played really nicely together.
At some point in the afternoon they found the little fluffy chicks I'd bought for Easter (the sort that go on top of cakes etc). They set about making homes for the chicks in plastic pots complete with "straw" and a water bottle. Then the children found egg hunt plastic eggs, so these were used for the chicks to hatch from. Eventually the game shifted into a game of egg hunts until it was tea time. Hoorah for imagination and some plastic Easter props!!
