Russet Gold

The description of Hungarian Vizsla’s colour is “Russet Gold”. When Frida and I were walking this morning before my exercise class, she came running through an area of Kowhai trees that were shedding their flowers.They almost looked the same colour as her.

Managed to mow some lawn before the rain started. We are meant to get some snow tonight! This afternoon I had an unexpected visit from a friend from Christchurch, which was lovely. 
I think we will all enjoy a night by the fire.
