Monday dog walk

Minty and I met up with friends, B and L, and their pooches, Sammy and Joe this afternoon for a lovely walk at Cobleland. The autumn colours in the forest are starting to appear.

The Mintster blotted his copybook by rolling in something disgusting - fox or deer poo - and paid for it with a bath including lovely scented shampoo as soon as we got home. That'll larn him. (No, it probably won't.)

Did anyone watch last night's David Attenborough programme, 'The Mating Game'? My friend Anne's son, Doug Anderson, was the photographer who filmed the incredible footage of humpback whales during their mating season. He also spoke about the experience at the end of the programme.
