Cosmos

I did some gardening this morning, chopped some spent crocosmia flowers and then started the greenhouse clean out. This afternoon we went for a walk and I was feeling a little tired, not like me. I sat down and my left arm itched so I rolled up my sleeve and my whole arm was covered in a rash, must have been the crocosmia flowers although my arm was covered. After an antihistamine and savlon it has calmed down now but no wondered I felt a bit tired. This is just a cosmos spotted on the way home and the extra is a shot from the beach, it was looking rather good today.
