Invention 1928/29 by German firm Franke and Heidecke.

Waited in today for the PCR test kit to arrive.  Took the test.  It now goes back to Barnard Castle where they seem to have moved on from Eye Tests to Covid Tests. 

Regarding the questions about yesterday's green doors, I'm not entirely sure whats behind these particular ones,  this one I took a a few years ago may give a clue.
