Caruso's Dream

Three years ago, I attended the unveiling event of this pretty cool sculpture at Ava on 9th Street. I have long tried to photograph it in a way that satisfies, and this might be the one I'm most satisfied with so far. Emphasis on the "so far." The story about it is here.

The artist who created this, Brian Goggin, also created this very cool installation, which was destroyed when the building was razed for new condos. He also created one of my most favourite things in San Francisco, Language Of The Birds.
