The Beech Avenue in early Autumn
It has been another mild and sunny day, so just perfect for a local walk. I liked the view down this beech avenue.
This evening I attended a short, but very productive, Zoom meeting with two other local people and a Hampshire Wildlife Trust member of staff, to discuss how we might increase biodiversity in our area. We were prompted to meet because of the interest generated at the Green Picnic we organised last month. We think we will approach the local primary school to offer our help with wildlife activities, and arrange some wildlife identification walks for local people, over the coming months.
Two of my friends also have plans to hold public meetings on sustainability.
We're hoping the future here is looking rosier, Wilder, and greener.
