I finally had a good night's sleep - hurrah! That was very much needed.

Am planning for this week to be the week I had hoped for last. I managed a quick trip to Stobo at lunchtime for some more deep heat treatment and then visited a customer to sort out her not inconsiderable Christmas order.

Hoping for another good sleep tonight to get me properly back on track.
