Happy Donut

I took a rather long walk to Fisherman's Wharf today. The plan was to go straight down Van Ness Avenue to where it ends at the Aquatic Park, but I took a bit of a detour up the steep-ish Francisco Street to where it ends at Larkin Street. There is a plot of land between where Francisco ends at Larkin on the west and picks up again at Hyde on the east that has been undeveloped at least as long as my first visit to San Francisco in 2006. Money has been raised to turn the land into a park, plans for which are here, so I'm looking forward to that.
