(really...!?easy for you to say, mr zen!?...beautifully sunny but still very cold... birds decided to wait for the arrival of spring standing instead...to avoid the dreaded "sitting disease"...that can cause so many health problems...please do go to www.juststand.org ...a terrifying little "filmette" - does such a word exist? - about the problems caused by excessive sitting...and in case you're wondering: i'm NOT sitting!!...and you?...stand and be counted!!...;-)
