simnel cake

Made the cake a couple of days ago. Put the marzipan top on today. I love marzipan and had to eat the bits that were left. This is specially for Kathy, my daughter, who's driving down from Glasgow very early on Good Friday morning. She loves marzipan too and has been asking me to make one of these for years.
