Patience

Is not something I am blessed with. I was therefore relieved, and just a little excited (in a way only a fellow knitter will understand), when a package came for me this morning.

I had the blue BFL and silk in stash, but needed the green wool, as a contrast, to knit the Catkin shawl along with the fellow Once a Sheep gang, aka sheeple. It is supposed to be April's knit along, but, as Rosamund and Karen started last night, I feel it's only proper to cast on straight away.

Now where did I put the ball winder?...
