Never seen before

It rained all morning the awful drizzle type. It stopped at 1.30 so I went out for a walk along the canal. It was very nice and very quiet and peaceful. I did the circular walk so walked up the main road. I noticed this house that I've never seen before as many trees had been cut down. The derelict outbuilding looks to be in the grounds of the big house (On the left hand side)  which also looks unlived in at the moment.
