Where the lake meets the sea

I went for an early walk to the lake (only 1km south of home) and saw two canoes on the lake, near where it meets the sea (behind them). It's a better day than predicted but storms are still forecast for the next two days. Later today I'm heading 'out" west (190km) for a family birthday party/ event for a couple of days.
