Fungi Invasion

I did not rush around this morning, since tomorrow things get full-on again! I'm not one of these hit the ground running at 90 mph on a daily basis type of people who absolutely thrive on having too much to do, and are jittery and bored with a slow day. I'm the opposite - a tortoise rather than a hare. So I like to make the most of it when I have the chance not to be super-busy.

I've done some little jobs like floor cleaning and sending post. 

I had to go into town as Boots had my prescription ready for collection. Well, half of it at least - I will have to find time to collect the other half tomorrow since it is the more important thing.

I took my camera, and noticed this fungi growing on a patch of grass by the council flats on the way to town. This is only part of it - it almost completely encircles a tree! It's all at different stages - some looks new and fresh, other decaying. It's probably ink-caps but I'm not sure!

Time to catch up on admin type stuff now!
