Birthday Cake

After breakfast KG set too decorating the cake - it was already iced in orange so just a case of adding the additional elements.   It all went together well and we were pleased with it.  After this I got on making sausage rolls, pigs in blankets  and various other bits.  The table is in the extra.  KG went down to pick Amanda up (she only has two hours) so it made sense to do it at ours.  Her sister and girls joined us and we had a super couple of hours.  Amanda had brought along a spare camera and the littlest one took to it complete with really photographers stances and instructions how she wanted us to look.  Was quite tired at the end of it all   Happy 50th Birthday Amanda - how did that happen.
It was a lovely sunny afternoon and the girls played in the garden for while  A really super day
