A fine trio

A final trip down to the harbour before heading back to Glasgow. Bright and rather windy so the boats were being tossed about on the incoming tide.

Eider ducks rarely come in to Elie harbour ….. they prefer the more open waters round by the rocks and they remain relatively undisturbed by folk who have come for water sports.
The Oyster Catcher and Redshank were pottering about in the shallows. They were almost too far away but a good lean on the wall helped to keep the camera still.
