Edinburgh Community Yoga

A 'new' yoga class tonight at Beetroot Sauvage on Ratcliffe Terrace but with my pre-covid yoga teacher.  Edinburgh Community Yoga have a lovely studio with dreamy underfloor heating and ambient lighting to set the right mood.  They are a not-for-profit organisation that aim to make yoga more accessible and inclusive.  It was great to be in one of Elle's classes again.  I'd forgotten how much emphasis she puts on building strength.  My arms are going to feel it tomorrow!
