Fire

Some of my favorite moments from today:
seeing more dishdashas than I've seen since Oman
earning a little money
relaxing on the patio
enjoying a backyard barbecue with friends and family
hanging in the hammock
bearing gifts
inaugurating the fire pit
playing with smoke and fire
watching the stars
swapping new and old stories
making a sale
finding many Pink Floyd fans around and about
learning new things about an old friend
inspecting the progress in the garden I helped start
driving all over town
taking an ice cream break at Shubert's
blipping with 30 minutes to spare
