October Sunset

I'm so taken with the fact that I have not edited this photo one bit that I had to go back and double check several times. Could I have run this through a filter and forgotten, or may juiced up the color a bit? But no, I haven't even cropped it. That's a rarity for my posts these days. 

Yep, I just went back and checked one more time, scrolling through the photos I took shortly before and after this one. I suppose I must have dimmed the exposure on my phone before taking the shot or something.

Obviously the whole reason I walked out into the field was to take a photo of this gorgeous sunset, but for some reason I still have difficulty believing it turned out like this. I like it.

Hopefully I won't wake up with any ticks.
