Jack has gone topless!

On the way home I noticed that one the two mills I blipped last year (Jack and Jill) is missing even more now. Where as last January he was missing just 2 sails, now he's missing his whole top section. Hopefully this is major overhaul rather than just neglect as the skyline doesn't look quite right with just the one mill and what looks like a giant chimney pot!
