A good meeting with Selby Rugby Club first thing about becoming their club counsellor. Great to see such a male dominated environment taking mental health so seriously.

Hubby and I walked to our village cafe for lunch. Then a dog walk and a quick pop into York for me as chores needed doing.

Day off tomorrow. Yay.
